This website does not collect anything.

There is no contact form, no user account, no shopping cart, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising on this site. We do not know who visits it, and we do not want to. If you write to us by email, we naturally receive your message and your email address. We use them only to answer you and to organise a possible charter. We do not sell, exchange or pass on your data. Two exceptions, which are inherent to chartering a boat: — If you book, the crew list (name, date of birth, passport or identity card number) is passed to the company handling the check-in and to the port authorities of Lavrio. This is a legal requirement in Greece; without it, the boat cannot leave. — The skipper may ask for medical information (allergies, treatments) so that he can react properly in an emergency, in particular by passing that information to the emergency services if you are not able to do so yourself. Outside that situation, this information stays confidential and is not stored beyond the charter. You may at any time ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. A simple email to cockpit@sailingbaleine.com is enough. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the competent data protection authority. The private logbook section of this site is protected by a password. It is intended for family and friends and is not indexed by search engines.
